the individual receiving the flowers was so overwhelmed at the size,colours and freshness of the arrangement that she called all her friends and told them about it. Kathy Murphy is one of the top designers in Windsor.She does not over charge and her arrangements are amazing.I highly recommend her to everyone and have been a clent of hers for almost a decade. I really like how user friendly the web site is. The flowers I ordered for my mother were outstanding, fresh, & beautifully arranged. The chocolates were delicious and the stuffed animal was cute and appropriate. I was pleased that the note I wanted was handwritten. I also really appreciated a personal telephone call letting me know of a slight change in delivery date. I hope to order from Victoria's in the future.
